摘　　要：心脉隆注射液的主要功能为益气活血,通阳利水,为慢性心力衰竭的辅助用药,临床中心脉隆注射液的不良反应比较少见,现针对1例典型临床案例进行分析。The Xinmailong injection commonly used for adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure, can generally boost Qi, promote blood circulation, activate Yang and increase discharge of urine. A typical case of adverse reaction which caused by the Xinmailong injection is analyzed, which rarely occurs in clinical practice.
