全域旅游视域下的县域旅游开发——以河南省淅川县为例

摘　　要：全域旅游作为一种新的旅游发展理念给旅游业提供了一种全新视角,推进全域旅游具有重要价值意义。河南省淅川县作为南水北调中线工程渠首所在地,有着独特的综合区位优势、文化优势、旅游资源优势。淅川可以从加强旅游管理体系建设、引导社会各方共同参与、整合旅游资源等方面来推进全域旅游的发展。Comprehensive tourism,as a new development concept,offers a brand new perspective to tourism industry. Xichuan County in Henan province,in which the canal head of Middle Line Project of Transferring Water from the South to the North locates,holds unique advantages in comprehensive regional location,culture and the core resource of tourism. Path selection of Xichuan County's comprehensive tourism development given by this study includes the following aspects: to strengthen the construction of security system in tourism management,to guide all social parts into all-round participation,to realize the global optimization of the structural elements,to achieve the global integration of tourism resources.
