摘　　要：气动工具应用广泛,使用简便,深受市场欢迎。但国内企业的产品暴露不少问题,主要包括产品品种杂乱,低水平重复现象严重,产品安全隐患严重等。作为半自动化生产工具,工人直接对其进行操作,因此其安全性直接关系到操作人员的人身安全。本文根据国内气动工具生产企业产品现状,深入分析了当前国内气动工具存在的安全问题,阐述了相关安全问题产生的原因以及应对措施,并从各个角度对提升行业水平,加快相关标准建设提出了建议。Pneumatic tools are widely used and easy to use,they are welcomed by the market.However, many problems have been exposed to the products of domestic enterprises, such as disorderly variety of products, low-level duplication, serious product safety hazard and so on.As a semi-automatic production tool, workers directly operate it, so its safety is directly related to the personal safety of operators.In this paper, according to the current situation of products of domestic manufacturers of pneumatic tools, in-depth analysis of security problems, this paper expounds the cause of related security problems and countermeasures, and from various angles to enhance the level of trade, and puts forward some suggestions to accelerate the construction of relevant standards.
