摘　　要：近百年来,国内外采掘工业凿岩工程用中空钎钢,只有正六边形(Hexagon)和圆形(Round)两种。六边形钎钢的名义内切圆直径系列为:H19、H22、H25、H28、H32、H35、H38mm;圆形钎钢的名义直径为:R32、R39、R46、R52 mm。针对采掘工程φ50 mm以内小直径凿岩应用最广泛的H22、H25 mm正六边形钎钢,本文提出并论证了与正六边形钎钢外接圆直径相同的正七边形(Heptagon,代号Q)Q22、Q25 mm新型中空钎钢,将比原用正六边形中空钎钢具有更好的抗断裂和抗弯曲能力,因而更有利于提高凿岩用硬质合金整体钎和锥体连接钎杆的使用寿命,也更有利于消除凿岩时钎杆的弯曲现象从而改善炮孔平直度。同时对Q22、Q25 mm两种新型钎钢的几何结构参数、钢种、钢质与冶轧工艺提出了初步建议。For nearly one century, only the hexagon and round hollow drilling steels have been used in the domestic rock drilling works in the excavation sector. The hexagon drilling steels have a family of inscribed circles of the following diameter： H19, H22, H25, H28, H32, H35, H38 mm. The nominal diameters of the round drilling steels are as follows：R32, R39, R46, R52 mm. As for H22 and H25 mm hexagon drilling steels, which have the broadest applications in the small-diameter rock drilling works with the blasting hole＇s diameter less than 50 mm, the paper proposed and showed that the new Q22 and Q25 mm heptagon（coded Q） hollow drilling steels which have the circumcircles of same diameters as the hexagon drilling steels would offer the higher breaking and bending resistance than their hexagon counterparts.Therefore, these would be conducive to the increase of the service life of the integral carbide drilling rods and the drilling rods with tapered connections, and also to the elimination of drilling rod＇ s bending in rock drilling, improving the straightness of the blasting holes. At the same time, the paper put forward the preliminary suggestions as for the geometric structure parameters, steel types, steel quality and the rolling processes of two new Q22 and Q25 drilling steels.
