理筋手法加血罐治疗神经根型颈椎病80例

摘　　要：目的:通过理筋手法加血罐的方法,提高对神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:在三步推拿理筋结合"开锁"手法的基础上取大椎穴或阿是穴放血拔罐,并结合自拟面瘫散内服。结果:80例患者经2个疗程的治疗,痊愈76例,好转4例,未愈0例,治愈率为95%,总有效率为100%。结论:理筋手法加血罐治疗神经根型颈椎病比单纯手法疗效显著提高。Objective To improve efficacy of manipulation for restoring and treating injured soft tissues plus pricking-cupping bloodletting method on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： All patients were given Miantan San based on manipulation for restoring and treating injured soft tissues plus pricking-cupping bloodletting method. Results： In 2 courses, 76 cases were cured; 4 cases were improved; 0 case was not cured; the cure rate was 95%; the total efciency was 100%. Conclusion： Manipulation for restoring and treating injured soft tissues plus pricking-cupping bloodletting method on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy shows a good efect.
