摘　　要：目的:研究骨愈方对骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折患者术后骨折愈合进程的影响。方法:通过随机对照原则对本院50例骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折患者应用骨愈方干预进行研究,了解其对骨折愈合进程的影响。结果:治疗组临床愈合时间为(5.12±0.23)周,与对照组的(6.00±0.33)周比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结果表明骨愈方可以加速骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折愈合进程,缩短骨折愈合时间。治疗组Gartland-Werley评分为(5.64±0.46)分,与对照组的(7.04±0.44)分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨愈方具有加速骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折愈合的作用,并能促进腕关节功能的恢复。Objective To study the efects of the Guyu prescription on osteoporotic fracture of distal radius. Methods： 50 patients were treated with the Guyu prescription by randomized control. The efect of the Guyu prescription on the healing process was studied. Results： The clinical healing time was （5.12±0.23） weeks in the treatment group and （6.00±0.33） weeks in the control group, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. So, the Guyu prescription could accelerate the healing process, shorten the fracture healing time. The Gartland-Werley score was （5.64±0.46） in the treatment group and （7.04±0.44） in the control group, with a statistically significant diference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Guyu prescription can accelerate fracture healing and promote the recovery of wrist function.
