清热明目汤治疗小儿瞳神干缺(慢性前葡萄膜炎)临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热明目汤治疗小儿瞳神干缺(慢性前葡萄膜炎)的临床疗效。方法:将纳入研究的小儿瞳神干缺患儿52例(52只眼),随机分为治疗组(26例,26只眼)和对照组(26例,26只眼)。治疗组给予基础治疗联合清热明目汤剂口服、部分用药渣再次煎水湿热敷或熏眼,2周后中药减量,4周后改为散剂口服,连服1个月后停药。对照组给予基础治疗联合糖皮质激素2mg,每日1次,连续治疗2周,减至维持量服用半年。比较两组的有效率及1年内复发率。结果:治疗组治愈18只眼,有效7只眼,无效1只眼,总有效率为96.15%。对照组治愈4只眼,有效18只眼,无效4只眼,总有效率为84.62%,两组差异有统计学意义,治疗组随访1年未复发。结论:清热明目汤治疗小儿瞳神干缺,治愈率高,且减少了全身使用激素对少年儿童生长发育的不良影响,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the efects of the Qingre Mingmu decoction on eyeground defciency. Methods： 52 patients （52 eyes） were divided into the treatment group （26 cases） and the control group （26 cases）. The treatment group was treated with the Qingre Mingmu decoction plus initial therapy; the control group was given initial therapy plus glucocorticoid. Results： In the treatment group, 18 cases were cured; 7 cases were efective; 1 case was invalid; the total efciency was 96.15%; and those were 4 cases, 18 cases, 4 cases and 84.61% in the control group separately, with statistically signifcant diferences. There was no recurrence in the treatment group follow-up 1 year. Conclusion： The Qingre Mingmu decoction on treating eyeground defciency can reduce adversely afected of because of hormones on the growth and development of adolescents, with high cure rate, is worthy of popularization and application.
