摘　　要：目的:探讨健康教育彩卡对腮腺多形性腺瘤患者从入院宣教、术前准备、术后观察护理、并发症预防及疾病康复指导等手术应用效果的影响。方法:将66例腮腺多形性腺瘤患者按照住院时间顺序分为对照组33例,观察组33例。对照组采用常规的入院宣教,术前宣教、术后护理,并发症预防等方法,而观察组行常规宣教外,采用不同住院阶段,使用不同色泽的健康宣教卡片,把卡片的内容适时讲解给患者及家属,并将卡片留给患者,放置在床尾的执行夹上,以提示患者及家属,可反复查阅,方便了解,便于掌握。结果:使用健康教育彩卡的患者焦虑心理、从医依从性、护理满意度、并发症预防效果明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用健康教育彩卡对腮腺多形性腺瘤手术患者进行宣教,可改善患者焦虑的心理、增强从医依从性、提高对护理满意度、减少术后并发症的发生,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effects of health education colors card on parotid pleomorphic adenoma in patients after surgery from the hospital mission, preoperative preparation, postoperative nursing care, prevention of complications and disease rehabilitation guidance. Methods： 66 cases were selected and divided into the control group of 33 cases and the observation group of 33 cases according to the order of hospitalization. The control group was given conventional hospital mission education, nursing education, postoperative surgery education, prevention of complications education; the observation group was given routine education for patients with diferent stages of hospitalization, a health education card with diferent colors, to explain to patients and their families timely, and leave the card to patients in the bed in order to more easily understand and master （P〈0.05）. Results： The intervention with health education colors card on parotid pleomorphic adenoma can relieve the anxious of patients, improve medical compliance and nursing satisfaction, reduce postoperative complications, and is worth extending in clinic.
