医师多点执业对公私合作办医的影响分析

摘　　要：随着国家对社会资本办医激励政策的不断出台,不同的办医模式和对医师多点执业的管理方法得到了广泛探索。通过总结分析医师多点执业对公私合作办医的必要性,结合国内外医师多点执业的实施概况,辩证分析了医师多点执业的积极作用,如患者层面、医生和医院层面的积极作用,以及负面作用,如分散公立医院医师精力,降低医疗服务质量等。在此基础上,从政府卫生行政部门、公立医院、民营医院等不同层面提出了对医师多点执业的思考,以期为医师多点执业的顺利开展提供一定的理论参考。With the constant introduction of the state＇s incentive policy on social capital investing medical institutions,different medical modes and management methods of multiple-site physician practice have been widely explored.This study analyzed the necessity of multiple-site physician practice to public-private partnership in healthcare,and summarized the advantages which included the aspect of patients,the aspect of doctors and hospitals,and disadvantages which included spreading the energy of public hospital and doctors,and reducing the caring quality of multiple-site physician practice dialectically in the light of general situation of the practice at home and abroad.On this basis,some thoughts on multiplesite physician practice were put forward from the level of health administrative departments,public hospitals to private hospitals,in order to provide some theoretical foundations for smooth implementation of multiple-site physician practice.
