新加坡家庭医生服务实施经验对我国的启示

摘　　要：新加坡拥有成熟的医疗体系,家庭医生服务是其医疗服务体系中最普及、最基础的一层,家庭医生成为了新加坡居民健康的重要"守门人"。为了完善分级诊疗制度、规范就诊秩序,家庭医生签约服务开始逐渐成为我国社区卫生服务建设的重要内容。通过介绍新加坡综合诊所的发展概况,结合新加坡综合诊所家庭医生服务实施中的服务主体、服务对象、服务理念、资金来源、服务内容现状,分析得出补贴形式多样化、提升社区卫生机构服务内容综合性、转诊制度专业化、重视健康档案的建立、正确引入公私合作并合理分配家庭医生服务负担比等,值得我国家庭医生服务制度建设借鉴。Singapore possessed a mature medical system.And family physicians,who have become important＂gatekeepers＂for the health of residents,reach the level of most popular and basic in Singapore medical care system.In order to improve the system of graded diagnosis treatment and normative medical order,family physician service is becoming a necessary part of our country＇s community health service construction.This article introduced polyclinics in Singapore,combining with the present situation in the service subject,service object,service concept,capital source and service content of family physician service in Singapore polyclinics.The following five aspects,a variety of forms of subsidies,promoting the comprehensive service contents in community health service centers,professional referral system,attaching an importance to establish health records,introducing public-private partnerships and allocating burdens of family physician in a sound way,which has provided implications to develop the family physician service in China.
