摘　　要：加热炉是石化企业的重要设备,运行情况直接关系到后一工序的操作工况和产品质量。文章以强制通风式加热炉作为研究对象,在分析对象工艺流程和工作特性的基础上,进行了加热炉综合控制系统的设计。利用西门子PCS7过程控制系统和SMPT-1000对系统进行实施,结果表明该方案设计合理,运行稳定可靠。The heating furnace is the important equipment of petrochemical enterprises, and the running running state is directly related to the operation conditions and product quality of the latter process. In this paper, the design of the integrated control system for heating furnace is carried out on the basis of analyzing the process flow and working characteristics of the forced ventilation heating furnace.The system was implemented using Siemens PCS7 process control system and SMPT-1000,and the application of the actual production shows that the design of heating furnace control system is reasonable, reliable and it meets the technological requirements.
