摘　　要：本文根据阀门控制流体流量这一特性,设计了一种精确的流量控制装置,此流量控制装置利用电磁驱动的方式,通过控制8个通道的开启和关闭,根据8个通道开关和启闭的不同组合,使流量控制范围为1%~100%,以此达到对流量的精确控制。此种装置可应用于需要精确控制流量的管道和机组中。In this paper,according to the characteristic of the valve control flow rate, a precise flow control device is designed.The flow control device utilizes an electromagnetic drive, by controlling the switch opening of the 8 channels. According to the different combinations of 8 channel switches open and closed, fluid flow is controlled accurately,making flow control range of 1% ~100%.The device can be used in pipes and units that require precise control of flow.
