摘  要:核安全级设备鉴定标准提出了设备变更后应给予评价,但标准没有给出变更对鉴定结果影响具体化的评价方法,本文针对核安全级数字化仪控系统设备变更类型进行分类研究,建立变更类型和试验应力之间的联系,通过计算、仿真、分析等方法确定不同变更对产品鉴定结论的影响程度,根据影响程度的大小确定是否需要重新鉴定以及补充哪些类型的鉴定试验项目,基于此梳理形成核安全级仪控系统设备变更后再鉴定的分析方法。该方法在自主化核安全级仪控系统平台设备鉴定过程中得到良好实践。To nuclear safety class equipment qualification standard aspect,there is a lack of specific evaluating and analysis method on defining how much effect changing work on qualification result, this paper point at nuclear safety class IC Equipment's modification to study. This paper points at nuclear safety class IC Equipment's modification type and study separately, build connection between modification type and test stress, by method of calculate, simulation, analysis etc, to define how much effect different modification type work on product qualification conclusion, according to the effect degree to make decision on if requalification is needed or not and which type of qualification test item is needed, thereby, constitute a set of qualification by Analysis technology method working on nuclear safety class equipment changing happen after qualification. This method was well practiced in equipment qualification of independent intellectual property rights nuclear safety digital IC platform in China,obtaining good results.
