摘 要:对于核电数字化仪控系统来说,系统可靠性是一项非常重要的性能指标,备受安全局等业界监管机构的广泛关注。在数字仪控系统的设计过程中,经常会选用钥匙开关来实现模式切换这一功能。但是,由于钥匙开关机械结构的限制,导致其必然会产生抖动等问题,如果该抖动被系统积极响应,则必然会产生误动作,降低系统的可靠性。本文针对此问题进行了抖动分析以及相应验证,结合理论分析与实践测试结果给出了数字化仪控系统开关去抖的优化方案,并对选择的去抖方案进行了深入分析和测试。System reliability is a very important performance indicator for nuclear power digital instrumentation and control system, which has been widely concerned about the safety regulators and other industry regulators. In the instrumentation and control system design process, the key switch is often used to achieve mode switching function. However, due to the limitation of key switch ' s mechanical structure, which will inevitably produce the problem such as jitter. Once the jitter is actively responded,it will consequently cause the system to produce malfunction and generate the reduced system reliability. In this paper, jitter analysis and related verification are performed. Combining with theoretical analysis and practical test results, the optimized scheme of debounce of instrumentation and control system is given in the paper. And the selected debouncing scheme is further analyzed and practically tested.
