经血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭对血清脂质水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究血液透析治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)患者血清脂质水平、心血管及肾脏的影响。方法:选取慢性肾功能衰竭患者110例,其中行血液透析治疗的55例设置为观察1组,未行血液透析治疗的55例设置为观察2组,并选择健康人群55例设置为对照组,对比三组患者的血清脂质水平的差异。结果:观察1组、观察2组患者的血清HDL、Apo A水平低于对照组(P<0.05),LDL、Apo B高于对照组(P<0.05);观察1组的血清LDL高于观察2组(P<0.05)。观察1组、观察2组的血清IL-6、CRP水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察1组的血清IL-6、CRP水平与观察2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血液透析可延长CRF患者生存时间,但其并不能改善CRF患者的血清脂质代谢紊乱。Objective： To explore the influence of hemodialysis treatment on the serum lipid level and cardiovascular and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure（ CRF）. Methods： 110 cases of CRF patients were selected and enrolled. 55 cases treated with hemodialysis were selected as the first observation group,55 cases without hemodialysis were selected as the second observation group,and 55 healthy people were selected as control group. The differences of serum lipid level between the three groups were compared. Results： The serum levels of HDL and Apo A in the first observation group and second observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and LDL and Apo B were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; The serum LDL in the first observation group was higher than that in the second observation group,and there were no significant differences in other indexes（ P 〉 0. 05）. The serum IL-6 and CRP levels in the first observation group and second observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; There were no significant differences in the serum IL-6 and CRP levels in the two observation group（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Hemodialysis can prolong the survival time of CRF patients,but it can’t improve their serum lipid metabolism disorder,and lipid disorders may contribute to cardiovascular and renal injury.
