江苏地区种猪常温精液质量性状的研究与分析

摘　　要：本研究统计分析了江苏地区近三年(2014-2016)种猪常温精液质量抽查检验数据,结果表明:年平均72小时精子活力(%)逐年上升,后两个年度的数值显著高于2014年(P<0.05);每剂量中呈直线前进运动精子数(亿个)的平均值,三个年度间比较,差异显著(P<0.05);精子畸形率(%)逐年下降,差异显著(P<0.05)。目前,经过性能测定的种公猪数量占采精公猪总数的94.4%,种公猪群体质量水平在提高。总体评价:种猪及常温精液质量水平处于上升和稳定状态,对于目前行业内具有一定启示作用。In this study, the test data of boar fresh semen quality in Jiangsu province in the past three years(2014-2016)was analyzed. The results showed that the annual average 72-hour activity(%) increased year by year, and the latter two years were higher significantly than 2014(P< 0.05). The difference of average progressive motility of sperm was significant(P<0.05). The abnormal sperm percentage decreased year by year, and the difference was significant(P< 0.05). At present, the performance of 95% sample boars was been determined. The quality of boar fresh semen improved. In a word,the quality of boar and fresh semen improved.
