摘　　要：目的:通过对江苏省人民医院与南京栖霞区政府开展的"院府合作"现状进行研究,为加强当地医疗机构医疗服务与三级医院的同质化进程,让当地群众享受到便捷、价廉的医疗服务提供政策建议。方法:通过文献、访谈等方式调研江苏省人民医院与南京栖霞区人民政府开展"院府合作"现状及不足。结果:通过"院府合作",栖霞区医院取得了长足发展。其中,康复院区发展迅速,栖霞区康复医疗体系中一级综合医院与二级康复专科医院也已形成,群众在"院府合作"中切实得到了实惠。结论:江苏省人民医院与南京栖霞区人民政府开展的"院府合作"模式,形成了政府促民生、群众享实惠、医院共发展、社会得满意的四赢局面。Objective:To study the status quo of hospital and government cooperation between Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital and Nanjing Qixia District Government,in order to strengthen the homogenization process of medical service between local medical institutions and tertiary hospital. To provide policy recommendations so that the local people can enjoy convenient,inexpensive medical services. Methods:The status quo and existing problems of the cooperation between Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital and Qixia District People's Government of Nanjing were carried out through literature,interview and so on. Results:Through the 'hospital government cooperation',Qixia District Hospital has made great progress. Among them,the rehabilitation center developed,Qixia District rehabilitation medical system in a primary comprehensive hospital and secondary rehabilitation specialized hospital industry has also been formed,the masses in the 'hospital government cooperation' are in the real benefit. Conclusion:The 'hospital government cooperation' model carried by Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital and the People's Government of Nanjing Qixia District formed the win-win situation of people's livelihood been promoted by government,the benefits enjoyed by masses,the hospital been mutual development and social been satisfied.
