摘  要:为探索松散型区域医联体的运行管理模式,对推进分级诊疗制度提出建议和意见。2015年,无锡市人民医院医联体在管理模式、制度建设、运行流程、信息化建设等方面进行创新,研发医联体信息平台,开展专家下沉、专科帮扶、培训义诊、双向转诊等,由独立设置的医联体办公室开展日常管理协调工作,理顺了医联体内部服务流程,实现了医疗信息的互联互通。To explore the operation management mode of loose regional medical coalition,and to give suggestions and opinions for promoting the hierarchical medical system. In the past year,there were several innovations in the management model of Wuxi People's Hospital medical coalition,include system construction,operational process,information technology and so on.The specific tasks include developed integrated medical information platform,expert sinking,specialist assistance,training free clinics,two-way referral etc,carride out daily management and coordination work independently by the medical coalition office. The service process of medical coalition has been straightened out,and realized the interoperability of medical information.
