摘 要:建立了碱性活性炭管吸附-离子色谱法检测激光实验中碘方法。以0.5 L/min的流量采集15min激光实验工作场所空气中碘,采用碳酸氢钠-碳酸钠体系解吸活性炭上的碘离子,以碳酸氢钠-碳酸钠为淋洗液,Metrosep A Supp5(150mm)作为色谱分离柱,对离子色谱法分离和测定进行了研究。方法的相对标准偏差RSD在0.40%~0.89%,相关系数达到0.999 6,进样量为100μL时,方法的检出限达到0.004 mg/L。激光实验工作场所样品中碘测定的加标回收率为96.0%~102.5%。方法操作步骤简单,避免了各种衍生、萃取的过程,最大程度优化了激光实验中的碘采样方案,使得实验简便易行,结果准确可靠。An analytical method for determining iodine in laser experimentwas developed using ion chromatography and alkalescence active carbon. Iodine inworkplace from laser experiment process was collected for 15 min with flowing 0. 5 L/min.Iodine ion of active carbon was desorpted with Na2 CO3-Na HCO3 system. The separation of the iodine was achieved on Metrohm A Supp 5( 150 mm) anion exchange column with 3. 6 mmol/L NaCO3~ 1. 0 mmol/L Na HCO3 as eluent. The method of relative standard deviation was 0. 40% ~ 0. 89%. The correlation coefficient is beyond 0. 999 6,The injection volume was 100μL,the detection limit of Iodide was 0. 004 mg/L. The method was rapid,accuracy and security. The recoveries of iodine in workplace from laser experiment process was 96. 0% ~ 102. 5%. The method was easy to operate,it avoided various processes like derivation,and extraction. Optimized the iodine sampling method to the greatest extent in the laser experiment,which made the experiment simple and easy,and the result is accurate and dependable.
