Clinical Observation on the Correction of Epicanthus with Transverse Incision and Pouch Incision

摘　　要：目的:探讨横一字形切口联合下睑缘切口矫正内眦赘皮术后的疗效。方法:收集本院50例行横一字形切口联合下睑缘切口矫正内眦赘皮术患者的临床资料,回顾性分析患者术前术后的睑裂长度(HLFL)、内眦间距(ICD)、睑裂长度和内眦间距比值(HLFL/ICD)、患者术后1个月和3个月的恢复情况。结果:患者术后HLFL(28.58±1.04)mm、HLFL/ICD(0.87±0.04)mm显著大于术前(23.90±1.61)mm、(0.66±0.07)mm,术后ICD(33.36±0.89)mm明显高于术前(39.00±1.13)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者术后1个月与术后3个月瘢痕挛缩发生率分别为2.00%和0.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者术后3个月的瘢痕增生发生率0.00%明显少于术后1个月瘢痕增生发生率的6.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:横一字形切口联合下睑缘切口矫正内眦赘皮疗效显著,同时,通过在护理上的紧密配合,促进患者康复转归的同时,可达到较好的美学效果。Objective To investigate the curative effect of transverse incision combined with pouch incision in the correction of epicanthus. Methods Clinical data of 50 patients with epicanthus treated with transverse incision and pouch incision correction were collected. The preoperative and postoperative palpebral fissure length （HLFL）, innercanthal distance （ICD）, HLFL/ICD, recovery at1 month and 3 months after surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results Patients’ postoperative HLFL （28.58±1.04） mm, HLFL/ICD （0.87±0.04） mm were signifcantly higher than those before operation （23.90±1.61）mm, （0.66±0.07）mm, postoperative ICD （33.36±0.89） mm was signifcantly higher than that before operation （39±1.13） mm （P〈0.05）. The incidence rates of scar contracture at 1 month and 3 months after surgery were 2.00% and 0.00% respectively （P〉0.05）. The incidence of scar hyperplasia at 3 months after surgery was signifcantly lower than that at 1 month after surgery （0.00% vs 6.00%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transverse incision combined with pouch incision to correct epicanthus shows effcacy signifcantly,at the same time, through close cooperation with nursing, it promotes the rehabilitation of patients and also reached relatively better aesthetic effect.
