小切口面部提升术联合自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨小切口面部提升术联合自体颗粒脂肪移植在面部年轻化中的治疗效果。方法:选取2013年12月-2016年5月就治的面部老化患者52例,采用颞部以及耳前小切口面部提升,联合3L3M的自体脂肪移植综合技术对面部中部深层脂肪区以及鼻唇沟部位进行填充。结果:随访3个月~1年,患者术后并发症轻微,经三种评价方式满意度调查显示:三方满意率大于86.5%。结论:小切口面部提升联合自体脂肪移植术,具有微创、瘢痕小,可给予患者一个接近真实、自然的年轻化手术效果,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of facial lift combined with autologous fat grafting in treatment of facial aging. Methods Facial lift with small incision in the temporal hair｜line and preauricular and the 3L3M autologous fat injection technique was adopted to treat depression in deep medial cheek fat and nasolabial crease in 52 patients. Results After 3 months to 1years following up, all the patients had a good results without serious complication, more than 86.5% patients were satisfed with natural contour. Conclusion Operation of small incision facial lift combined with autologous fat grafting is minimaly invasive, small scar, with natural effect, deserves further clinical applications.
