Objective To evaluate the curative effect of trauma and burning hypertrophic scars by fractional micro-plasma radio frequency technology combined with transdermal delivery system (TDS) of triamcinolone. Methods 100 patients with hypertrophic scar treated in our department since November 2012 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with micro plasma radiofrequency technique combined with transdermal drug delivery system. The control group was treated with micro plasma radiofrequency technique only. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group. When the large area of scar was treated by transdermal drug delivery, the treatment area increased under the total dose of certain drugs, and the treatment course can be shortened. Conclusion Micro-plasma radiofrequency combined with transdermal drug delivery technology is easy to operate, less trauma, less pain, short recovery period, high safety and small side effects. It is one of the minimally invasive treatment of scar.
