复方药艾条灸青年脾肾阳虚型单纯性肥胖症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方药艾条灸对青年群体中脾肾阳虚型肥胖症患者的临床疗效。方法:将100例脾肾阳虚型肥胖患者随机分为清艾组与药艾组,每组50例。清艾组给予单纯艾条治疗,药艾组给予复方药艾条治疗,疗程均为20d,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗20d后,相较于清艾组,药艾组患者体重、腰围数明显下降(均P<0.05),且BMI指数降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。清艾组总有效率为34%,药艾组总有效率为88%,两组疗效比较具有显著性差异(χ2=37.965,P<0.01)。结论:自制复方药艾条灸对青年群体中脾肾阳虚型单纯性肥胖症患者具有显著疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound medicine moxa stick moxibustion on obesity patients of spleen- kidney - yang defciency type among the youth. Methods 100 obesity patients of spleen- kidney - yang defciency type were randomly divided into two groups, medicine moxibustion group and pure moxibustion group, each group has 30 cases. pure moxibustion group treated by pure moxa stick, medicine moxibustion group treated by medicine moxa stick,the course of treatment is 20 days,to observe the clinical effcacy of two groups. Results After 20 days of treatment, the weight and waistline of the medicine moxibustion group patients were signifcantly decreased compared with pure moxibustion group（P〈0.05）,and BMI index decreased, with signifcant difference（P〈0.01）.In pure moxibustion group, the total effciency was 34%;In medicine moxibustion group, the total effciency was 88%.Compared with two groups,there was signifcant difference（χ2=37.965,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Self-made compound medicine moxa stick moxibustion has significant efficacy in obesity patients of spleen- kidney - yang defciency type among the youth.
