摘  要:介绍了双加压法硝酸生产工艺的原理和流程,分析了产品硝酸中水和硝酸的来源以及影响因素,结合生产实际,推导出硝酸产品溶液浓度计算公式和吸收加水量的计算公式。利用该公式,对某公司15万t/a双加压法硝酸装置实际与理论吸收加水量进行了对比。结果表明,利用该公式可快速准确计算出实际加水量,对硝酸产品浓度控制和调整具有一定的指导作用。In the paper,the principle and process of dual-pressure nitric acid production were introduced,analyzing the sources of water and nitric acid in the nitric acid products,and the factors influencing these sources. Combined with the actual production,the nitric acid product solution concentration formula and theoretical absorbing water volume formula were derived. Using this formula,the comparison was made on the actual and theoretical absorbing water volume of 150 000 t/a dual-pressure nitric acid plant of one company. The result showed that using this formula could quickly and accurately calculate the actual absorbing water volume,which had certain guiding effect on the concentration control and adjustment of nitric acid product.
