摘　　要：简要介绍了我国合成氨工业的发展历程、生产工艺现状及特点,重点阐述中、小合成氨企业节能减排、工艺技术升级改造及先进的生产管理要点。首先从节能减排的角度,总结出当前较先进的节煤、节电、节汽、节水等技术;其次分析了在工艺、设备方面的优化与改进要点;最后,笔者借鉴先进企业的管理经验,提出了中小合成氨企业可引进的管理模式,以提升传统合成氨行业竞争力。A brief introduction was made to the development history,current situation and features of synthetic ammonia industry in China,with focus on small and medium synthetic ammonia company′ s energy saving and emission reduction,process technology upgrading and key advanced production management points. Firstly,it summarized the advanced coal-saving,power-saving,steam-saving and water-saving technologies at the present time from the perspective of energy conservation and emission reduction. Secondly,the key points for the optimization and improvement were analyzed in view of process and equipment. Finally,by learning the management experience of advanced enterprises,the author put forward management modes could be adopted by the small and medium synthetic ammonia companies to enhance competitiveness of the traditional synthetic ammonia industry.
