摘　　要：《反恐怖主义法》的颁布为武警部队在执行反恐任务中的征用权提供了重要的法律依据。在明确武警部队依法可以行使反恐征用权的基础上，对武警反恐征用权的权力主体、适用条件和征用程序等具体内容，以及有关武警反恐征用赔偿、补偿等问题加以研究，为武警部队有效行使反恐征用权提供重要的理论基础。The enactment of the law of Anti-Terrorism Law surely provides an important legal basis for PAP to exercise the right of anti-terrorism missions. On the basis of the fact that PAP can exercise the right legally,makes some analysis on the power subject, applicable condition and requisition procedures of the right of expropriation. Also, investigates problems of the right of expropriation, providing an important theoretical basis for PAP to exercise the right of anti-terrorism expropriation effectively.
