摘  要:以TiC、VC、Co、Ni为原料,通过粉末冶金的方法制备了(Ti,V)C基金属陶瓷,结合XRD、SEM&EDS及力学性能测试研究了n_(Ti)/n_V对(Ti,V)C基金属陶瓷显微组织和力学性能的影响以及(Ti,V)C基金属陶瓷烧结后的物相变化。结果表明:经高温烧结后TiC和VC固溶形成立方相(Ti,V)C。当n_(Ti)/n_V从4增加到15.75时,(Ti,V)C基金属陶瓷的硬度变化波动较小,抗弯强度先增加后降低。当n_(Ti)/n_V=7.35时,(Ti,V)C基金属陶瓷的显微组织得到细化,抗弯强度为1 237 MPa,维氏硬度为1 444 N/mm^2,综合力学性能较佳。(Ti,V)C-based cermets were prepared with raw materials of TiC, VC, Co and Ni by powder metallurgy method.XRD, SEM&EDS analysis and mechanical properties tests were used to investigate the effect of nTi/nV on the microstructure and properties of the(Ti,V)C-based cermets. The phase transformation of the(Ti,V)C-based cermets after sintering was also investigated. The results show that TiC and VC forms(Ti,V)C solid solution after sintering. When increasing nTi/nV from 4 to 15.75, the hardness of the cermets slightly changes, and the blending strength of the cermets firstly increases and then decreases. When nTi/nV is 7.35, the microstructure of the cermets is refined, the blending strength is 1 237 MPa, the Vickers hardness is 1 444 N/mm2, the(Ti,V)C-based cermets has the best mechanical properties.
