摘 要:GH4169合金具有良好的高温特性,是国家航空航天领域的关键材料,但其可加工性极低。为了提高加工GH4169合金的效率,本文从刀具切削点数量入手,采用多齿梳刀车削GH4169合金,研究新型高温合金车削工艺,并与一般车削工艺进行对比实验。实验结果显示:两种刀具,切削深度均是切削力的主要影响因素;梳刀单齿切削力小,能有效分散切削力;对于D型刀片,切削速度是表面粗糙度的主要影响因素,对于梳刀,切削深度是表面粗糙度的主要影响因素;相同切削量条件下,梳刀刀刃磨损量小于D型刀片;D型刀片切屑为长螺旋型卷屑,梳刀切屑则为不规则缠绕屑,能有效断屑。梳刀较D型刀片对GH4169高温合金具有更好的切削性能。Super alloy GH4169 is one of important materials in aerospace industry for its perfect high temperature characteristics, however it is also a kind of difficult-to-cut material. Comparative investigation is made with comb type insert and D type insert in turning of super alloy GH4169 to find the process to improve the efficiency. The experiments show that cutting depth is the main effecting factor on the cutting force for the two types of tools. Meanwhile, the cutting force on C tool is lower than that on D tool, which results from the admirable ability of distributing cutting force for one simple tooth of C tool. As to surface roughness, it is found that feed rate is the main effecting factor to D tool while cutting depth is the main to C tool. Moreover, the wear of C tool is lower than that of D tool. The chip is long continuous shape for D tool while irregular continuous shape for C tool. The comparative investigation shows better cutting performance of comb type insert than that of D type insert.
