摘　　要：目的了解河口县外籍跨境暗娼艾滋病综合干预效果,探索更为有效的干预模式。方法选取河口县外籍跨境暗娼为对象进行问卷调查,调查内容包括基本人口学资料、艾滋病知识知晓情况、HIV高危行为以及性病艾滋病检测情况等。结果 HIV感染率为1.9%,艾滋病知识知晓率为90.9%,最近一次商业性行为安全套使用率为98.9%,最近一个月发生商业性行为时安全套坚持使用率为95.1%。结论经过多年的综合干预,河口县外籍跨境暗娼人群的艾滋病知识知晓率、安全套的使用率有明显提高,且HIV感染率有所下降,但该人群的高危因素仍然存在,需进一步加强综合干预,探索更为有效的干预模式。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention on AIDS among the foreign cross-border female sex workers（ FSWs） in Hekou country and explore the more effective intervention model. Methods The cross-border FSWs were chosen in Hekou,and the questionnaire survey was used to collect information,the content included basic demographic data,knowledge about AIDS,the high-risk behaviors of HIV and the situation of STDs/HIV. Results The infection rate of HIV was 1. 9%,The awareness of knowledge about HIV/AIDS was 90. 9%; the condom utilization rate at the latest commercial sex behavior was 98. 9%; the condom adhere to utilization rate in recent one month＇s commercial sex behavior was95. 1%. Conclusion After years of comprehensive intervention,awareness of knowledge about HIV/AIDS and the condom utilization rate has increased significantly among the foreign cross-border FSWs,and HIV infection rate has fallen,but the FSWs high-risk factors still exist,so it need to further strengthen the comprehensive intervention and explore the more effective intervention model.
