摘　　要：目的分析克拉玛依市结核病防治工作现状及工作中存在的问题与影响因素,为肺结核预防与控制提供参考。方法对全市4个行政区社区服药管理医务人员、临床医生及疾控中心工作人员进行半结构式小组访谈。结果克拉玛依市定点医院主客观因素对结核病防治工作产生较大影响,肺结核病人的经济条件和个人素质等影响克拉玛依市肺结核病的治疗管理效果,涂阳肺结核病人的管理是防治工作中的关键问题之一。结论应充分发挥定点医院和社区卫生服务中心医务人员在结核病防治中的重要作用,改善就医环境和减少医院内感染机会,保障相关政策的有效落实,提高克拉玛依市结核病防治效果。Objective To analyze current situation of tuberculosis prevention and control and the problems and influencing factors in the work in Karamay and provide reference for tuberculosis prevention and control. Methods Semi structured interviews were carried out among the community physicians,clinicians and CDC staff who relevant with TB patients in 4 districts of the city. Results The subjective and objective factors had great influence on tuberculosis control program in the designated hospitals of Karamay city. The economic conditions and personal qualities of TB patients also had great impact on effective management and treatment. The management of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients was also one of the key problems in prevention and cure. Conclusion It is necessary to give full play to the role of the medical staff in hospitals and community health service centers for prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in the city,improve the medical environment,ensure effective implementation of policy and improve the effect of TB prevention and control.
