哈尔滨市2015年人间布病疫情监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析哈尔滨市人间布鲁氏杆菌病(简称布病)疫情的流行特点。方法采用回顾性方法,收集布病疫情及监测资料。采用SPSS13.0软件分析布病疫情在哈尔滨市所属18个区、县(市)的地区分布、时间分布、职业分布。结果黑龙江省2015年布病报告发病5 960例,报告发病率为15.55/10万,较上年同期(5 625例)上升5.96%。哈尔滨市2015年布病报告发病656例,报告发病率为6.19/10万,较上年同期(566例)上升15.90%;发病数居全省第2位,发病率居第11位;30~59岁年龄组人群发病占88.57%;男女比例为2.93:1,性别差异明显;新发病人中农民占84.60%,2-8月份发病占73.48%。结论哈尔滨市2015年布病疫情均为散发疫情,无暴发疫情,发病年龄以青壮年为主,男性多于女性,职业以农民为主。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis（ brucellosis） epidemic situation.Methods Using retrospective study to collect the information of brucellosis epidemic situation and monitoring data,the analysis of brucellosis outbreaks in 18 districts and counties（ cities） of Harbin for regional distribution,time distribution,the occupational distribution and brucellosis serology positive rates were conducted by using SPSS 13. 0 software. Results In2015,5960 cases of brucellosis were reported in Heilongjiang province. The incidence rate was 15. 55/10 million,which is5. 96% higher than that in of that of last year（ 5625 cases）. 656 cases of brucellosis were reported in Harbin,the incidence rate is 6. 19/10 million,which is 15. 90% higher than that in the last year. The cases number,was the second highest in Heilongjiang province,and the incidence rate was in the 11 th place of the province. The incidence concentrated in 20-59 years old group accounting for 88. 57%. The proportion of male and female incidence was 2. 93∶ 1. The most new cases were farmers,accounting for 84. 60%. The incidence was higher（ 50 cases or more） in 2-8 months,accounting for 73. 48%. Conclusions The human brucellosis epidemic situation in Harbin 2015 are sporadic epidemic. Age of onset concentrated in young adults,the new patients in male are more than that in female.
