摘 要:目的研究健走运动对职业人群BMI及相关指标的影响,探索适合中国职业人群的健走激励干预模式。方法比较健走运动参加者运动前后体重、BMI、腰围、体脂肪率和内脏脂肪指数的变化情况。结果通过100天健走干预,参赛队员的体重减轻(0.89±4.23)kg(t=5.492,P<0.05),BMI降低0.31±1.51(t=5.359,P<0.05),腰围缩小(1.31±5.95)cm(t=5.755,P<0.05),体脂肪率降低(0.53±2.40)%(t=5.804,P<0.05),内脏脂肪指数降低0.27±0.13(t=6.274,P<0.05)。结论职业人群通过坚持健走活动可以降低体重、BMI、腰围、体脂肪率和内脏指数,身体健康情况明显改善,对慢性病预防控制起到积极作用。Objective To study the influence between walking and BMI and related indicators in professional population,to explore the suitable mode of stimulating intervention for Chinese professional population. Method The changes of body weight,BMI,waist circumference,body fat rate and visceral fat index before and after exercise were compared. Result Weight and BMI reduced after 100 days of walking,and the results were 0. 89 ± 4. 23 kg( t = 5. 492,P〈0. 05),0. 31 ± 1. 51( t= 5. 359,P〈0. 05),respectively. Waistline,body fat percentage and viscera index also reduced with a significantly difference1. 31 ± 5. 95( t = 5. 755,P〈0. 05),0. 53 ± 2. 40( t = 5. 804,P〈0. 05) and 0. 27 ± 0. 13( t = 6. 274,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Walking could reduce occupational population's weight,BMI,waistline,body fat percentage,and viscera index,physical health improves significantly. It plays a positive role in preventing and controlling chronic diseases.
