摘　　要：管理学作为一个年轻的学科,在期刊出版工作中有着十分重要的借鉴和应用价值。文章结合《环境卫生学杂志》编辑部的工作实践,总结思考了如何使管理学原理在预防医学类期刊中发挥其重要作用。在期刊出版工作中应针对所出现的实际问题,充分利用管理学的知识,解决期刊出版过程中遇到的问题,以达到提升期刊出版整体质量的目标。Management is a young discipline with high level of reference and application value in the journal publishing work. In this paper,the effects of management principles on journal publication were analyzed based on the practice of Journal of Environmental Hygiene. It is suggested to make full use of the management functions on the exact practical problems,thus to enhance the overall quality of the journal.
