摘　　要：探讨由于麻醉方面的因素导致院内感染发生的情况,给予对应的预防措施,从而为临床降低麻醉相关院内感染的发生率,保证患者手术安全提供理论参考。虽然院内感染问题不可避免,但只要麻醉科医护人员能够提升自己、严格进行规范操作,医院加大管理力度,把握大局,注意细节,就能在一定程度上降低院内感染的发生率,保障患者健康、减轻患者痛苦。To discuss the nosocomial infection caused by anesthesia factors and preventive measures,in order to provide theoretical reference for reducing anesthesia induced nosocomial infection and ensuring patient safety in surgeries. Although nosocomial infection cannot be completely avoided,it can be prevented to some extent with proper measures. The medical staff of department of anesthesia should operate strictly according to regulations,and the hospital should strengthen management and check on details,so that nosocomial infection incidence can be reduced and patients can gain better health.
