摘　　要：为提高医院会议室资源的利用率,提升会议效能,降低运营成本,在充分调研用户需求的基础上,借助医院资源管理系统(Hospital Resource Planning,HRP),设计开发医院会议管理系统,主要包括会议室管理模块和会议签到模块。该系统可实时查看会议室使用情况,实现了会议室快速、方便预定;实现了会议全程管理,可及时、准确统计人员参会出勤情况,作为人员工作绩效考核的指标之一,更客观、更真实。In order to improve utilization rate of meeting-rooms and meeting efficiency,reduce operation cost,after fully researching user needs we designed a hospital conference management system using Hospital Resource Planning（HRP）. This system mainly included meeting-room management module and meeting sign in module. Through this system,we can book the meeting-room conveniently and quickly by real-time view of all meeting-rooms. We also achieve full management of conferences and we can record the staff attendance situation timely and accurately,which is more objective and realistic and thus can be used as one of staff performance indicators.
