透刺疗法结合现代康复训练治疗中风病足内翻的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察透刺疗法结合现代康复训练治疗中风病足内翻的临床疗效。方法将63例中风病患者随机分为治疗组33例、对照组30例。对照组采用现代康复训练,治疗组在现代康复训练的基础上应用透刺疗法。应用临床痉挛指数量表(CSI)评测足踝痉挛程度,应用Fugl-Meyer评分量表(FMA)下肢部分评测下肢运动功能,应用Barthel指数(BI)评测日常生活能力。对CSI,FMA和BI评分进行治疗前后组内、组间比较。结果 2组治疗后CSI评分较本组治疗前均降低(P<0.05),2组治疗后FMA,BI评分较本组治疗前均升高(P<0.05)。治疗组CSI评分较对照组降低明显,治疗前后评分差值与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组FMA,BI治疗前后评分差值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论透刺疗法结合现代康复训练治疗中风病足内翻具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To study the effect of the combination of penetration needling and modern rehabilitation on strephenopodia post stroke. Methods A total of 63 stroke patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the control group received modern rehabilitation treatment and 33 patients in the study group received the combination of penetration needling and modern rehabilitation. The clinical spasm index scale（ CSI） was used to evaluate ankle spasm,the lower limbs part of Fugl-Meyer scale（ FMA） was used to evaluate the motor function of lower limbs,and Barthel index（ BI） was used to evaluate the ability of daily living. The scores of CSI,FMA and BI before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,CSI score of both groups decreased significantly than before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）,and FMA and BI score improved significantly（ P 〈0. 05）. CSI score of treatment group decreased significantly than control group（ P 〈0. 05）,while FMA and BI showed no significantly difference（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion Penetration needling combined with modern rehabilitation showed good effect on strephenopodia post stroke.
