摘  要:由于外壳体的四周存在着多种形式型孔、型槽和带螺孔铜嵌件,且型孔又存在着斜交与正交的现象。在对外壳体进行形体分析时,必须找出这些影响注射模"运动与干涉"的形体因素。在对注射模进行结构方案分析时,就应该制订出注射模规避运动干涉的可行性方案。而在注射模设计时,更要制订好正确的模具结构。外壳体注射模在采用了两种时间差抽芯方法后,从而避免了斜交孔的运动干涉,即斜孔型芯应超前于型孔型芯抽芯,应滞后于型孔型芯复位。支撑螺孔型芯采用了跨越避让的方法,规避了与型孔型芯的正交,这两种避让运动干涉的方法,有效地避免了两种运动的干涉,确保了注射模顺利地加工外壳体。Because there are many kinds of form the sides of the outer shell holes, groove andcopper insert with screw hole, hole type and oblique and orthogonal phenomenon exist again.When external shell shape analysis, must find out the factors affecting injection mold 'movementand interference' form. In the scheme of injection mold structure analysis, it should be workedout to avoid movement of injection mold to interfere in the feasibility of the scheme. And when ininjection mold design, more good to make the correct mold structure. Outer shell injection moldafter using the two methods of time difference core-pulling, avoiding the movement interferencewith the oblique hole. Namely inclined groove core should pass core-pulling ahead of type, typeshould be lagging behind the roller core is reset. Support the spiral groove core adopted acrossthe collision avoidance methods, avoid the orthogonal and core type groove, this two ways toavoid the movement interference, effectively avoid the interference of two kinds of sports, makesure the injection mold processing outer shell successfully.
