摘　　要：根据SUV汽车整体侧围拉伸模制造工艺方案,结合模具特点,介绍了拉伸模制造中的上、下模座的加工,下模本体加工,修边凹模镶块的加工,型面扣料加工,模具型面、修边凹模镶块刃口、翻边凸、凹模的研配,从中提出了加工技巧,对同类模具的制造有一定借鉴作用。According to the SUV car the whole the side round to draw the process project ofdrawing die manufacturing, combinative die characteristics, and introduce to drawing diemanufacturing the top in the process, next die the manufacturing process, descending the dieessence process, fixing the cave die inset of side the piece the grind the match for of processing,type button upping the material processing, die type, fixing the side the blade of cave die insetpiece, turn overing the side convexly, cave die, from the inside bring upping processing thetechnique, to of the same kind die to have to certainly draw lessons from the function.
