摘  要:文章首先从智能终端网页浏览的信令流程入手,阐述首包时延的概念以及主要组成部分(空口时延、DNS解析时延、TCP建立时延和发送请求时延),通过对首包时延的各个阶段时延进行测试和分析,确定其关键阶段时延,最后通过无线侧的优化、无线Feature的应用和服务器及路由优化,使得浏览类业务的首包时延从721ms减少到454ms,提升了用户体验。This paper starts with the signalling process of intelligent terminal web browsing,describes the concept of the frst packet delay and states that it is formed by the air interface delay, DNS resolution delay, TCP establishment delay and send request delay. Through the testing and analysis of all stages of the frst packet delay, we fnd the critical phase delay of the frst packet delay problem. Finally, through the optimization of the wireless, the application of wireless Feature and the optimization of the server and routing, the frst packet browsing delay is reduced from 721ms to 454ms and customer experience is improved.
