盐酸曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床治疗疗效探析

摘　　要：目的分析研讨盐酸曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 80例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,采用随机数字法分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。对照组接受常规治疗,研究组接受盐酸曲美他嗪治疗,观察两组治疗效果并对比。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组最大ST段压低(STmax)、ST段压低总和(∑ST)、ST段压低总导联数(NST)、心绞痛持续时间、心绞痛发作频率均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.3019、3.4181、2.0105、2.0336、3.0939,P<0.05)。结论临床治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疾病可考虑给予盐酸曲美他嗪,其疗效突出,可使患者心绞痛持续时间和发作频率均得到降低,心电图恢复正常,应用性高。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine hydrochloride in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided by random number method into research group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the research group received trimetazidine hydrochloride for treatment. The treatment condition in two groups was observed and compared. Results After treatment, the research group had obviously higher total effective rate as 95.00% than 77.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. after treatment, the research group had obviously better maximum ST segment depression（STmax）, ST segment depression sum（∑ST）, ST segment depression total lead（NST）, duration of angina pectoris, and frequency of angina pectoris than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（t=3.3019, 3.4181, 2.0105, 2.0336, 3.0939, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine hydrochloride provides excellent efficacy in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can reduce duration of the angina pectoris and the frequency of attack, and the electrocardiogram can be restored to normal. So it has high application.
