偏瘫患者应用针灸康复优化技术对生活活动能力及预后影响的观察

摘　　要：目的观察偏瘫患者应用针灸康复优化技术对生活活动能力及预后的影响。方法 106例偏瘫患者根据治疗方法不同分为实验组与对照组,各53例;对照组行常规治疗,实验组行针灸康复优化技术治疗,对比两组治疗前后生活活动能力[采用改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分评估]及预后情况[采用简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)评估]。结果两组患者治疗后MBI评分均较治疗前明显提高,但实验组MBI评分(72.63±10.21)分明显高于对照组(58.34±9.95)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组上、下肢FMA评分分别为(36.24±9.17)、(26.85±7.41)分,均显著高于对照组的(28.16±9.54)、(20.46±7.46)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸康复优化技术治疗偏瘫患者可有效改善患者生活活动能力及预后质量,可被临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture rehabilitation optimization technique on living activities and prognosis in patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 106 patients with hemiplegia were divided by different treatment methods into experimental group and control group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture rehabilitation optimization technique.Comparison were made on living activities [evaluated by modified Barthel index（MBI） score] and prognosis [evaluated by Fugl-Meyer assessment（FMA）] between two groups before and after treatment.Results Both groups had obviously higher MBI score after treatment than before treatment,but the experimental group had obviously higher MBI score as（72.63±10.21） points than（58.34±9.95） points in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the experimental group had upper and lower limb FMA score respectively as（36.24±9.17） and（26.85±7.41） points,which were all obviously higher than（28.16±9.54） and（20.46±7.46） points in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture rehabilitation optimization technique can effectively improve living activities and quality of prognosis in hemiplegia patients,and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
