自血疗法联合舒利迭治疗慢阻肺缓解期50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自血疗法联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂(商品名:舒利迭)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)缓解期的疗效。方法 100例慢阻肺缓解期患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,各50例。治疗组采用自血疗法联合舒利迭治疗,对照组采用舒利迭治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后血氧饱和度情况。结果治疗组患者的显效率为72.0%、总有效率为96.0%,均高于对照组的44.0%、76.0%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血氧饱和度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血氧饱和度均较本组治疗前升高,且治疗组升高程度优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自血疗法联合舒利迭治疗慢阻肺缓解期患者的临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of self-blood therapy combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation（trade name：Seretide） in the treatment of 50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission stage.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission stage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with self-blood therapy combined with Seretide,and the control group was treated with Seretide.Comparison were made on treatment effect and blood oxygen saturation before and after treatment between two groups.Results The treatment group had effective rate as 72.0%,and total effective rate as 96.0%,which were all higher than 44.0% and 76.0% in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in blood oxygen saturation（P〉0.05）.After treatment,both groups had higher blood oxygen saturation than before treatment,and the treatment group had better rising degree than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of self-blood therapy and Seretide provides remarkable clinical efficacy in treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission stage,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
