护理干预在慢阻肺稳定期便秘患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)稳定期便秘患者中的应用价值。方法 118例慢阻肺稳定期便秘患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,各59例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,干预组患者在对照组基础上采用护理干预,比较两组患者的效果。结果干预组患者生活事件量表(LES)平均总分为(36.3±26.8)分,对照组患者为(48.9±21.5)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的客观支持、主观支持、社会支持利用度、社会支持总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者有5例发生便秘,便秘发生率为8.5%;对照组患者有20例发生便秘,便秘发生率为33.9%,两组患者便秘发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以改善患者的便秘症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得应用。Objective To investigate the application value of nursing intervention in constipation patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable phase.Methods A total of 118 constipation patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable phase were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the intervention group received nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Effect in two groups was compared.Results The intervention group had total life event scale（LES） as（36.3±26.8） points,which was（48.9±21.5）pints,and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Both groups had statistically significant difference in objective support,subjective support,social support utilization and social support total score（P〈0.01）.Both groups had statistically significant difference in quality of life（P〈0.05）.The intervention group had 5 constipation cases,with incidence of constipation as 8.5%,while the control group had 20 constipation cases,with incidence of constipation as 33.9%.Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of constipation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve constipation symptom of patients and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of application.
