己糖激酶Ⅱ基因多态性与2型糖尿病相关性研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨北京地区汉族人群中己糖激酶Ⅱ (HKⅡ )基因Glu 14 2His多态性与 2型糖尿病的相关性。方法　采用聚合酶链反应 -寡核苷酸连接测定方法对北京地区 10 2对病例 -对照配偶对进行HKⅡ基因Glu 14 2His多态性基因型检测。结果　病例组和对照组共 2 0 4例样本中均未发现HKⅡ基因Glu 14 2His突变。结论　在北京地区汉族人群中HKⅡ基因Glu 14 2His多态性对Objectives To investigate the relationship between the hexokinase(HK)Ⅱ gene polymorphism (Glu 142 His) and type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han population of Beijing region.Methods HKⅡ gene polymorphism was detected by the polymerase chain reaction-oligonucleotide ligation assay in 102 case-control spouses pairs.Results None of the 204 Chinese subjects had this mutation.Conclusions HKⅡ gene might play little role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han population of Beijing region.
