摘　　要：螺旋磁和矢量磁是磁场中同时并存的两种磁能传播形式,两者在地球磁极处能量占比均等、传播方向相互垂直。既往的150多年里使用的麦克斯韦方程是超定方程,不能描述螺旋磁,需要修正;测量磁感应强度的高斯计等仪器也只能测试矢量磁。这就导致了螺旋磁概念在电磁学理论研究和实际应用中的重大缺失。实际上,螺旋磁现象在自然界比比皆是,螺旋磁能对应于正能量,生命磁能就是螺旋磁能,大气能量场的阴性能量也是螺旋磁能。应用螺旋磁,宏观上可使大气能量场具备消弭尘霾的自洁能力;中观上可以引发诸多的新技术的产生;微观上可以制造超微螺旋磁量子,对消除土壤和江河湖海污染提供决战手段、对遏止癌症等绝症提供决胜利器。Spiral magnet and vector magnet coexist in magnet field, being two basic spreading forms of magnet energy. They possess half to half magnet energy on the Earth North and South poles, spreading vertically to each other. The Maxwell equations are set of overdetermined equations, which cannot handle spiral magnet, meanwhile there is no experimental instrument to measure spiral magnet in the world. Therefore, the concept of spiral magnet and its corresponding study are totally missed up to now. In fact, spiral magnet phenomena exist almost everywhere, as a positive energy, all life magnetic energy is spiral magnetic energy. The feminine energy in atmosphere is also spiral magnetic. Applying spiral magnet, one may weaken or even eliminate smog . Also, lot of new technique would be created due to the spiral magnet concept. On the quantum area, some revolutionary matter concerned with spiral magnet appears to conquer severe pollution in air, water, mud and so on, Meanwhile, on the health area due to spiral magnet the most powerful anticancer medicine appears.
