山西地区汉族人群Kell等3个稀有血型系统多态性研究

摘　　要：目的了解山西地区汉族人群Kell、Kidd和Duffy 3个稀有血型系统抗原基因分布情况。方法收集150例山西地区健康汉族献血者血液,用PCR-SSP法检测Kell、Kidd和Duffy血型系统的抗原基因。结果山西地区汉族人群Kell、Kidd和Duffy 3个血型系统基因频率分别为:Jsb1910=0.47,Jsb2019=0.53,Jka=0.5467,Jkb=0.4533,Fya=0.8033,Fyb=0.1967。该地区汉族人群有3个罕见的稀有血型系统基因型,即Jsb1910-2019-、Jka-b-和Fya-b-,150例标本中未检出。该地区汉族人群Kell、Kidd和Duffy稀有血型系统基因分型的观察值与期望值符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。结论本研究显示,山西地区汉族人群Kidd系统的Jka和Jkb及Duffy系统的Fya和Fyb基因频率分布与其他地区有差别,即存在地区差异。Objective：To investigate the distribution of Kell,Kidd and Duffy rare blood group antigens in Shanxi Han population. Methods：A total of 150 blood samples from the healthy Han blood donors in Shanxi were collected to screen the antigens of Kell,Kidd and Duffy rare blood groups by using PCR-SSP method. Results The gene frequencies of Kell,Kidd and Duffy rare blood groups in Shanxi Han population were Jsb1910=0.47,Jsb2019=0.53,Jka=0.5467,Jkb=0.4533,Fya=0.8033,,and Fyb=0.1967,respectively.It was found that there were three rare blood group genotypes in Shanxi Han population which were Jsb1910-2019-,Jka-b-and Fya-b-,not detected among 150 cases samples. Those were not reported. Genotypes observations values and expectations values of Kell,Kidd and Duffy rare blood groups in Shanxi Han population were obeyed the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Conclusion The investigation indicated the Jka,Jkb,Fya and Fyb gene frequencies distribution had difference in Shanxi Han population comparing with other regions,which was also called as regional disparity.
