摘　　要：目的检测复发性流产(RSA)患者的同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)活性,以探讨HCY及AT-Ⅲ与RSA之间的相关性。方法选择2015年4月至2017年4月在我院妇产科就诊的RSA患者90例作为研究对象,同期正常分娩者100例作为对照组,检测两组HCY及AT-Ⅲ活性,分析数据。结果 RSA组HCY阳性者占56.7%(51/90),与对照组6.0%(6/100)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),RSA组AT-Ⅲ活性为73.59±4.85,对照组为115.26±11.43,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 RSA患者存在血栓形成倾向,HCY联合AT-Ⅲ活性检测对于临床诊断和治疗RSA具有重要意义,可改善妊娠结局。Objective：To detect Homocysteine（HCY）and Antithrombin Ⅲ（AT-Ⅲ）in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）and to investigate the correlation between HCY、AT-Ⅲ and RSA. Methods：90 cases of RSA patients who were treated in obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the subjects,100 cases of normal delivery in the same period as a control group,HCY and AT-Ⅲ were detected,and analyzed the data. Results：RSA group accounted for 56.7%（51/90）of HCY positive,compared with 6.0%（6/100）of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The activity of AT-Ⅲ in RSA group was 73.59 ± 4.85,the control group was 115.26 ± 11.43,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：RSA patients have thrombosis tendencies,HCY combined with AT-Ⅲ activity detection is important for clinical diagnosis and treatment of RSA,and improve the outcome of pregnancy.
