现代大型民用运输机翼身拆装方案的研究——以波音B737-300为例

摘　　要：研究大型民用运输类飞机机翼身拆卸和安装方案,兼论满足方案所需的工装设备器材和运输要求,对实际工程进展作用很大。以常见的波音B737-300飞机为实例,分析成功实施飞机拆卸、运输与安装的技术要点,确保拆装后的飞机满足结构完整性和功能正常,同时讨论拆卸安装方案的难点和注意事项。为同系列或其他系列机型的拆解、二手零部件处置等活动提供了启示,为相关企业创造了新的利润空间。In view of the engineering application, the specific scheme of dis-assembly and re-assembly of wing-fuselage of large civil transportation aircraft is studied, and the requirements for its tooling and transportation are also discussed. The common Boeing B737-300 aircraft is taken as an example, analysis of key technology of the successful implementation of aircraft dis-assembly, transportation and re-assembly are performed, to ensure the dis-assembled aircraft meeting the structural integrity and normal function. The difficulties and precautions are also discussed. Inspirations are provided for the same or different series of models dis-assembly and second-hand parts disposal, to create new profit margins for the relevant enterprises.
