摘  要:南水北调配套工程沿线穿越工程众多,输水管道开槽敷设困难。为了保证配套工程建设的顺利实施,同时保证被穿越建筑物的安全,某设计单元穿越107国道工程优选了顶管穿越的设计方案。基于顶管结构分析,提出了长距离顶管加设中继间的方案,列举了施工技术要点。本工程顺利完成,验证了方案设计的可行性和合理性。There are many crossing projects along the South to North Water Diversion Project, which makes it difficult to lay the water pipeline. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the supporting project construction and ensure the safety of the crossing buildings, a design unit called crossing 107 National Road projectoptimized selecting a design scheme of pipe jacking. Based on the analysis of pipe jacking structure, the scheme of long distance pipe jacking plus intermediate jacking station is put forward, and the construction technological points are enumerated. The project is completed successfully, which verifies the feasibility and rationality of the scheme.
