摘 要:对车轴齿轮箱搅油润滑热平衡技术进行论证。基于润滑冷却优化设计,构建箱体的热平衡计算思路。当车速在0~160 km/h区间内时,箱体散热均大于热功率损耗,表明箱体可以有效散发热量;试验验证通过,说明车轴齿轮箱采用的润滑油道、挡油板等优化形式能够实现箱体的热平衡。车轴齿轮箱在宽转速范围内的润滑和冷却难题得以解决。The splash lubrication thermal balance technology for the axle gear box is investigated. Based on the lubrication and cooling optimum design, the calculation method of thermal balance for the gear box is constructed. When the vehicle speed is in the range of 0~160 km/h, the thermal dissipation of the gear box is greater than the thermal power loss, indicating the effectiveness of thermal dissipation. The test passed, proving that the thermal balance can be realized by optimizing the lubrication channel and the oil blocking plate used in the axle gear box. The lubrication and cooling issues of the axle gear box are solved in the wide speed range.
